Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your vibi account and associated data. It applies to the vibi mobile application (iOS bundle com.vibi.ios, Android package com.vibi.app) and any data linked to your vibi account.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended, immediate)
- Open the vibi app and sign in.
- Open the account menu (tap your profile in the top right).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete.
Your account is permanently deleted on our servers right away, and you are signed out on the device. This action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or only use the Premiere Pro Plugin, email us from (or stating) the address you signed up with and we will process the deletion after verifying your identity.

What is deleted and what is kept

| Account data (email, name, user ID) | Removed within 30 days of the deletion request |
| Uploaded source media | Deleted within 72 hours of job completion |
| Separation results kept as history (stems + transcript) | Removed on account deletion, or up to 90 days |
| Rendered output | Removed on account deletion, or up to 30 days |
| Credit balance & projects | Removed on account deletion |
| Purchase records | Retained as required by tax/accounting law (typically 5 years), then deleted |
